Job Description

Position: Field Sales Team Lead – MEC

 

�� CTC: ₹4.80 LPA + ₹1.20 LPA (Variable)

 

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Team Lead, you’ll drive paid merchant acquisition, manage sales executives, and achieve both individual and team targets in a 100% field sales role. You’ll set high standards, mentor your team, and ensure operational excellence while scaling results.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

· Lead & manage on-ground sales executives

· Drive B2B field sales: merchant acquisition, product demos, and closures

· Ensure hiring, training, retention & daily team performance reviews

· Monitor sales funnel, KPIs, conversions & improve productivity

· Conduct daily/weekly meetings & timely reporting

· Achieve sales targets (individual + team) & support joint calls when needed

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

· Graduate/Postgraduate with 60% minimum (Graduation or 12th)

· 2–4 years B2B field sales experience (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred)

· Strong exposure to cold calling & team management

· Excellent communication, problem-solving & leadership skills
