Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, handling customer queries, and ensuring excellent client service throughout the insurance process.

Key Responsibilities:

  Promote and sell life, health, motor, or general insurance products to clients.

  Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

  Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.

  Follow up with clients for documentation, renewals, and claim support.

  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  Maintain proper records of sales, clients, and follow-ups.

  Stay updated on insurance products, company policies, and IRDAI guidelines.

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

  Prior experience in insurance sales or related field preferred (freshers can also apply).

  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.

  Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.

  IRDA certification (preferred or should be completed after joining).
