Job Description:

- Business Planning & development i.e. tie-ups with Freelancers, Dealers & Distributors, DSAs etc.

- Maintaining the Profitability of the Business and achieving the Business Targets.

- Can have experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Unsecured Loan but should be comfortable with Personal Loan

- Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new prospective customers, lead generation

- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.

- Good understanding of the Loan industry in general & unsecured lending business in specific.

Responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching products or services and closing sales to achieves targets. Builds strong customer relationships and provides  excellent post-sales support.
