Team Leader-Operations

We are seeking a Team Leader of Operations with a mandatory background in Insurance/Sales The ideal candidate will lead operational initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Insurance Agents
• Must have strong understanding on KRA/KPI's
• Efficiency to manage daily Team Hurdles.
• Ensure Insurance Sales & Quality targets are met.
• Control Team Attrition & Motivate Agents for Work
• Must have experience with dialing strategies like-Preview, Predictive and progressive mode
• Must be knowing APR properly. Agent productivity report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
• 2+ years of operations management experience in Insurance/Sales.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
