Team Leader - Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader – Loan Sales to lead a dynamic team responsible for promoting and selling Personal and Business Loans. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, guide and motivate team members,and ensure targets are consistently met. You will monitor team performance, provide training and support, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to drive results under pressure. Candidates should be graduates with 1–4 years of experience in loan or financial product sales, including proven experience in team management.Strong communication, leadership, and target-driven skills in English and Hindi are required.
