Team Leader-Sales


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.

3. Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

5. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales strategies and drive business outcomes.

7. Talent Development: Identify and develop talent within the sales team, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement.


Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Certifications: Professional certifications, such as CPSA or CSO, preferred.

4. Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Nice to Have:

1. Industry Experience: Experience in a specific industry, such as software, finance, or healthcare.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools, sales automation software, or other technical skills relevant to sales.
