Job Description:Wedpainter Studios is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Project Leader – Editing Department to oversee video and photo editing projects from allocation to final delivery.

This role requires strong technical expertise in wedding editing along with leadership capability to manage the editing team, maintain timelines, and ensure high-quality output aligned with our luxury brand standards.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and consistent creative quality.

• Key Responsibilities:📌 Project Allocation & PlanningAssign editing projects (wedding films, teasers, albums, reels, etc.) to team members.
• Create and manage delivery timelines for each project.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• 🎬 Video Editing SupervisionOversee wedding films, cinematic highlights, pre-wedding videos, and reels.
• Ensure proper multi-cam syncing, music syncing, pacing, and storytelling quality.
• Final quality check before client delivery.
• 📷 Photo Editing & Album CoordinationSupervise photo culling, color correction, retouching, and album designing.
• Maintain consistency in color grading and luxury aesthetics.
• Approve final album layouts before print.
• 🎨 Quality ControlMaintain brand standards in storytelling, color grading, and presentation.
• Review rough cuts and provide corrective feedback to editors.
• Ensure zero compromise in delivery quality.
• 👥 Team Handling & TrainingManage and guide in-house editors.
• Provide feedback and skill improvement suggestions.
• Maintain discipline, workflow structure, and accountability.
• 📂 Workflow & Delivery ManagementMaintain structured project sheets and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with shoot team and management for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely project submission without follow-up pressure from clients.
