Role Overview

As a Team Member at Nubo, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling healthy bowls and beverages while delivering a friendly, energetic guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment.

You will represent the brand’s health-conscious and modern identity while ensuring every bowl and smoothie meets Nubo’s quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Explain the menu, superfood ingredients, and bowl combinations clearly
• Assist guests in customizing bowls based on dietary preferences or restrictions

Food Preparation & Assembly

• Prepare and assemble global bowls, smoothies, and healthy beverages following standard recipes
• Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled hygienically

Assembly Line Operations

• Work efficiently within the bowl assembly line (base, protein, toppings, sauces)
• Coordinate with team members to maintain service speed during rush hours
• Keep the service area organized, clean, and well-stocked

Smoothie Bar

• Prepare smoothies, juices, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Understand superfood ingredients and their nutritional benefits

Hygiene & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Follow SOPs for food handling, storage, and sanitation

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Interest in health-focused food and superfoods
• Experience in salad bars, smoothie bars, healthy cafés, poke bowl concepts, or similar fast-casual brands is preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
