Technical Operations & Automation Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM & Automation Executive who will be responsible for managing (Meritto) CRM and other CRM platforms, handling automation workflows, and resolving technical issues related to lead management systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain Meritto CRM and other CRM software

2.Set up and monitor lead automation workflows

3.Handle API integrations (Facebook, Google, portals, etc.)

4.Troubleshoot CRM technical issues

5.Manage lead distribution and tracking

6.Generate MIS reports and performance dashboards

7.Ensure data accuracy and regular data cleaning

8.Coordinate with marketing and admission teams

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–3 years of CRM handling experience

2. Knowledge of automation tools and API integrations

3. Good understanding of lead management systems

4. Basic technical troubleshooting skills

5. Strong Excel and reporting knowledge

6. Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in Education/Admission CRM

2. Knowledge of UTM tracking and campaign monitoring

3. Understanding of marketing automation
