Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic and motivated Tech Support Executives to join our technical team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our product reliability, handling everything from software troubleshooting to the quality control of our specialized RFID hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their careers in the growing field of IoT and RFID technology.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Troubleshooting: Assist clients and internal teams with software installation, configuration, and resolving technical glitches.
• Quality Control (QC): Perform rigorous testing and QC checks on RFID Readers and Tags to ensure they meet our performance standards before dispatch.
• Hardware Setup: Assist in the basic assembly and configuration of hardware components.
• Documentation: Maintain logs of hardware testing results and common software issues.
• RequirementsEducation: Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Age: Young, energetic candidates preferred.
• Skills: * Basic understanding of electronics and hardware.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software tools.
• A keen eye for detail (crucial for QC tasks).
• Willingness to learn and a "can-do" attitude.
