Job Description
Technical Support Executive
Overview:
A Technical Support Executive provides technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience, any science or tech graduate with good communication skills and willing to learn and grow is welcome.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients on company's software
- Use intellect and knowledge to solve customer's problem through phone call, or mail
- Be in direct contact with customer for software related problem/query of them.
- Be a part of high performing team and managing self and others
- Learn from seniors and colleague and implement the skills in the industry
- Required Education & Experience:
- Should be a graduate
- High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
- Hands-on experience with Windows
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- An individual with a strong interest in client interaction and active listening.
