Technical Support Executive


Overview:

A Technical Support Executive provides technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience, any science or tech graduate with good communication skills and willing to learn and grow is welcome.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support to clients on company's software
  • Use intellect and knowledge to solve customer's problem through phone call, or mail
  • Be in direct contact with customer for software related problem/query of them.
  • Be a part of high performing team and managing self and others
  • Learn from seniors and colleague and implement the skills in the industry
  • Required Education & Experience:
  • Should be a graduate
  • High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Skill sets/Experience we require:

 

  •   Hands-on experience with Windows
  •  Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  •  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  •  Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  •   An individual with a strong interest in client interaction and active listening.
