Job Description
Job Summary:We are hiring a Customer Support & Implementation Executive who will be responsible for onboarding clients, setting up their accounts, resolving issues, and training them to effectively use the software.
This role requires a highly accountable individual performer who can also collaborate with the team to ensure customer success.
- Key Responsibilities:Setup and configure customer accounts as per requirements
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support to new clients
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and emails
- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions
- Conduct product demos and training sessions
- Ensure clients are actively using the platform
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Key Skills Required:Strong communication skills (English)
- Good problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of software/SaaS platforms
- Ability to handle multiple clients
- Comfortable with client interaction and training
- Candidate Profile:Self-driven and result-oriented
- Strong ownership mindset
- Individual performer with team collaboration ability
- Customer-focused and patient
- Preferred:Experience in SaaS / CRM / Software Support
- Experience in client onboarding or training
- Important Note:This is a high ownership role
- Candidates must be comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and targets related to onboarding & activation
