Job Title: Technical Support & Service Engineer 

Locaon: NEAR PITAMPURA Delhi (work from office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically inclined and communicave individual to manage client interacons,

provide product support, and resolve technical queries for our condion monitoring soluons. The

role involves troubleshoong, guiding clients on product usage, and ensuring smooth post-sales

support.

Key Responsibilies 

 Handle technical queries and client interacons related to products and applicaons 

 Provide support for ShockLog data loggers, indicators, and related soluons 

 Assist with installaon, setup, troubleshoong, and soware usage 

 Work on ShockLog soware (data extracon, reporng, analysis) and Zoho CRM 

 Perform basic tesng and validaon of devices 

 Coordinate internally for issue resoluon and escalaons 

 Maintain records of client issues and resoluons 

 Support sales team with technical inputs and communicaon

Skills & Requirements

Technical 

 Basic understanding of electronics/electrical industry; familiarity with sensors, data loggers,

or industrial equipment preferred 

 Ability to learn and operate technical soware tools; strong troubleshoong and

problem-solving skills 

 Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proficient in MS Excel, with a structured approach

Communicaon 

 Strong verbal and wrien communicaon skills 

 Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply 

 Comfortable handling client calls and follow-ups

Preferred Background 

 Diploma/Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentaon, or related field 

 0–2 years of experience in technical/customer support (freshers welcome)

Maximum Salary is upto -30K , Rest depends on the Interview
