Tele Counsellor Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counsellor to guide and support students preparing for teaching exams like CTET, DSSSB, KVS/NVS, and other government teaching jobs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student queries, providing career guidance, and converting leads into admissions.

📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course inquiries

🎯 Counsel students regarding suitable courses based on their goals

🧾 Provide complete information about CTET, DSSSB, KVS/NVS exams

💬 Convert leads into admissions through effective communication

🤝 Maintain follow-ups with prospective students

📊 Maintain student database and update CRM regularly

🧠 Understand student requirements and recommend best solutions

📢 Coordinate with marketing and academic teams

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic knowledge of teaching exams (CTET, DSSSB, KVS, NVS)
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• 🔹 QualificationsGraduate in any stream (Education background preferred)
• B.Ed./D.El.Ed. candidates will be preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling / sales (Education sector preferred)
