Lead Follow-up, Lead Generation process

• Job Title: Telecaller
• Job Location: Office-based
• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
• Salary: Fixed salary + incentives (as per company policy)
• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records
• Convince customers and close sales or appointments
• Maintain a professional and friendly conversation with customers
• Update customer details accurately in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
• Customer-focused attitude
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
• Preferred Candidates:Immediate joiners preferred
