Telecaller

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and courteous Telecaller to connect with customers over the phone, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team by maintaining accurate records and relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and effectively
• Explain products/services clearly and address basic questions
• Generate leads and pass qualified prospects to the sales team
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending payments (if required)
• Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status
• Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling

Requirements & Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Pleasant phone manners and ability to build rapport
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or calling software)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred
