Role & responsibilities

• Explain outstanding dues, EMI structure, and consequences of non-payment.
• Negotiate and convince borrowers for timely payments.
• Update collection status and remarks in the system daily.
• Verify addresses and documents if required.
• Ensure collections are in line with company policies and timelines.
• Maintain professional conduct while dealing with customers.
