Job Overview

We are looking for a presentable and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Beauty & Wellness services. The role involves managing customer inquiries, booking appointments, promoting salon services/products, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities Inbound Calling

• Handle customer calls related to salon services, products, and appointments
• Provide detailed information about beauty services, packages, and offers
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Schedule and manage appointments for salon visits

Outbound Calling

• Call potential and existing clients for promotions, offers, and follow-ups
• Generate leads for salon services, memberships, and packages
• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat visits
• Inform customers about new product launches and ongoing campaigns

Customer Engagement

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions
• Coordinate with salon staff and operations team for smooth service delivery

Data & Reporting

• Maintain call records and update CRM system
• Track daily calls, bookings, and conversions
• Share daily/weekly performance reports with the manager

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Pleasant voice and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of beauty & wellness services (preferred)
• Computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Qualification

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support (Beauty/Salon preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
