Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives / Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Ayurvedic products over calls, handling customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain and promote Ayurvedic products to customers

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain customer data and update records regularly

• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

• Build long-term customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi & Tamil (preferred)

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

• Positive attitude and convincing skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
