📝 Job Overview:

We are hiring Telecallers for our Collections/Recovery team. The role involves calling customers to remind them about pending EMIs and guiding them through the payment process. The candidate must be polite, confident, and target-driven.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Call customers regarding due EMI payments

• Explain outstanding amounts and payment deadlines

• Guide customers on payment methods

• Maintain daily call records and follow-up data

• Achieve assigned recovery targets

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Good communication skills

• Polite and convincing approach

• Basic understanding of collection process

• Target-oriented mindset

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Both Male & Female can apply

• Education: 12th Pass

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Telecalling/Collections
