Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Sales (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced female Telecaller with a strong background in sales, preferably with prior BPO or telesales experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of closing sales over the phone. This is not a BPO role, but it requires similar sales expertise and the ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Use persuasive communication to convert leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Follow up with prospects to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Proven telesales or BPO sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge for managing data and reports.
