Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to promote and market our premium bathtub products. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining product features, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, architects, and interior designers
• Explain bathtub products, features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data and call records accurately
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments or product demos
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for promotions and campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi as required]
• Pleasant phone voice and confident speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Willingness to learn about sanitaryware and bathtub products
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling, marketing, or sales (sanitaryware/home décor preferred)
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
• Good listening and negotiation skills
