Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our customer support and KYC coordination team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for engaging with customers, explaining procedures, collecting KYC documentation, and ensuring excellent service standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to clients for KYC collection and shipment updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding missing documentation or incomplete information.
• Answer inbound queries related to customs, delivery timelines, and shipping procedures.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of client issues.
• Educate customers on our platform, process, and policies professionally and politely.
• Meet daily call and follow-up targets.
