📞 Hiring: Telecaller – Used Car Inspection (CARES24 / Spinny Process)
🧾 Job Role
Telecaller ka kaam un customers ko call karna hota hai jo apni used car sell karna chahte hain. Is role me CARS24 aur Spinny ke process ke according customer ko poora process samjhaana hota hai aur vehicle inspection ke liye appointment book karni hoti hai. Telecaller customer se call ke through inspection ki date, time aur location confirm karta/ karti hai. Is process ke liye saara calling data company ki taraf se provide kiya jaata hai.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Used car sell karne wale customers ko outbound calls karna
- CARES24 / Spinny process customer ko explain karna
- Customer se car details verify karna (model, year, RC, ownership)
- Vehicle inspection appointment book karna
- Inspection date, time & location confirm karna
- Customer queries & objections handle karna
- Daily follow-ups karna
🎯 Eligibility / Requirements
- Hindi speaking mandatory.
- Telecalling / sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Minimum 10th pass
🕒 Work Details
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
- Work Type: Work from Office
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Attractive incentives per appointment / inspection
- Fixed Salary: ₹9,500 – ₹13,500 / month
