Role & responsibilities

• Contact and qualify incoming hot leads to understand customer needs and buying intent.
• Extract and prioritize leads from the hot lead pool to ensure timely follow-up.
• Share sales-ready leads with the appropriate sales team along with clear notes.
• Follow up with existing customers to identify repeat or additional business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and customer interactions.
• Communicate professionally while meeting daily calling and conversion targets.
