Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle interested leads generated through Instagram ads. The role involves contacting potential customers via WhatsApp and phone calls to promote and sell gifting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact interested leads received from Instagram advertisements.
• Send product details, catalogs, and offers to customers via WhatsApp.
• Call customers to explain products and close sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting products.
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain records of calls, messages, and sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the team for order processing and customer support.
