Roles & Responsibility:-

• CUSTOMER SERVICE:- Providing excellent customer service, including calling customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction 

• SALES:- Upselling products and services, negotiating discounts, and making recommendations

• COMMUNICATION:- Communicating efficiently with customers, and interacting with them on their level 

• CUSTOMER RECORD:- Maintaining accurate customer records 

• LEAD GENERATION:- Generating leads by establishing interest in future sales

• SALES STRATEGIES:- Implementing sales strategies and collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals 

• ADAPTABILITY:- Adapting to changing customer needs and market conditions

• CUSTOMER SUPPORT:- Providing information about products and services, answering customer questions, and handling complaints 

• POLICY MANAGEMENT:- Generate lead, Processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations, and helping customers file policy documents 

• SALES:- Recommending products and services, and forwarding customers to sales agents when needed 

• CUSTOMER RELATIONS:- Maintaining strong customer relationships, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction 

• RECORD KEEPING:- Keeping records of customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries
