Job Summary:

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers. The role includes providing information about products or services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Explain company products or services to customers.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily or monthly calling and sales targets.
