Job Description:We are hiring a Telecaller to handle both outbound and inbound calls for plan renewals related to electronic products. The role involves calling customers from the provided data and also handling incoming calls from customers interested in renewing their plans. This is a non-target-based role focused on customer service and communication.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database for plan renewals
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding plan renewal
• Explain product plans, renewal benefits, and assist customers in the renewal process
• Follow up with customers for pending renewals
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system
• Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner
