Position: Telecaller – BBA / BCA Admissions
Location: New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), Delhi
Role Overview:
We are hiring telecallers to handle BBA / BCA admission inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into campus visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with student leads (fresh + existing database)
• Explain NDIM programs, placements, and admission process
• Convert inquiries into campus visits / counselling sessions
• Maintain daily call records and updates
• Coordinate with counsellors for further process
