Urgent Hiring Telecaller – tele sales , Business Development Representative/

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Telecalling / Ayurvedic / Healthcare Sales preferred)

Gender: Male only

Age ; 25+ to 40 years

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our Ayurvedic medicine company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products to customers, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Maintain call logs, sales records, and update customer information in the system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

Requirements:

• Freshers or Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Prior experience in Ayurvedic, healthcare, or wellness products preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Strong sales attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
