What we're looking for :

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. In this role, you will be responsible for making phone calls to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive approach, and the ability to engage effectively over the phone.

Responsibility :

• Place outbound calls to potential customers or client to introduce our products
• Effectively communicate product feauters, benefits, and promotional offers
• Generate interest and qualify leads for further engagaement by the sales team
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
• Keep track of the information about the people you talk to and use a computer system to store these details
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfication
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and outcomes

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience 0.6 to 2 years
• Minimum should be 12th pass in any field or any graduate
• Ability to work under Pressure and meet dedlines
