Job Description
Hi,
We are hiring collections officer is responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers by contacting them to inform them of their debt, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring payments are made. Key duties include monitoring accounts, maintaining accurate records of all interactions and payments, resolving billing disputes, and, in some cases, initiating legal action for non-payment. Strong communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills are essential for this role.
