Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele Caller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers / handle inbound calls
• Explain company products or services clearly to customers
• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales (if applicable)
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills (local language & basic English preferred)
• Ability to convince and handle customers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
