Telecaller

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our telesales team at Khel Bharat.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our programs, and driving registrations or sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
• Explain Khel Bharat’s programs, trials, and services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain records of calls and leads using CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested candidates to close sales or registrations.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
