Job Description:Maxryd is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls related to riders, fleet operations, and daily operational support. The candidate will play a key role in communication between riders, hub teams, and operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to riders for onboarding, follow-ups, and daily coordination
  • Handle inbound calls from riders regarding operational issues and support
  • Resolve rider queries related to vehicles, batteries, shifts, and operations
  • Coordinate with hub managers and operations team to resolve issues quickly
  • Update call records and rider details accurately in internal systems
  • Use tools such as Truecaller and other calling systems for communication
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or manager
  • Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
  • Requirements:Prior experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or call center role is preferred
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, calling apps, and data entry
  • Willingness to work on-site, full-time
