Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to make outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, explain services to customers, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain about properties.

Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.

Maintain customer database and update records regularly.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Share customer feedback with the sales/management team.

Maintain professionalism and follow call scripts as provided.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Regional language.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM – optional).

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and ability to convince customers
