Telecaller

We are looking for a Female Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to handle initial calling with leads and potential clients and qualify them for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Call leads shared by the company.
• Speak with clients in Hindi & English.
• Understand basic requirements and filter genuine leads.
• Coordinate and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain basic call details and follow-up status.

Requirements:

• Female candidate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Basic computer operating skills (MS Excel, email, data entry).
• Prior telecalling / inside sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking to builders, architects, owners, and contractors.
