Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Contact prospective students/parents to promote courses, workshops, or training programs.
  • Inquiry Handling: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed information about courses, fees, and schedules.
  • Counseling & Conversion: Act as an academic counselor to guide students, address queries, and convert leads into admissions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, student information, and follow-ups in a CRM system.
