Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at UNITED SOLUTIONZ. In this role, you will leverage your extensive sales expertise to drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building with prospective clients. Your ability to engage effectively with decision-makers and articulate the value of our products will be crucial in converting leads into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive telesales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and nurture prospects
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales opportunities
• Conduct needs assessments and delivers tailored solutions that meet client objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to refine sales messaging and enhance customer experience
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management
• Mentor and coach junior telesales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence within the team

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 0 to 2+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret sales data and market trends
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales enablement tools
