Telecaller

About the Role: Doctor at Home is looking for 3 high-energy, resilient women to join our medical coordination team. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced role where you will be the bridge between patients in need and our medical teams.

Shift Timings:

1. Morning: 8 AM – 2 PM
2. Evening: 2 PM – 9 PM
3. Night: 8 PM – 8 AM (Note: Shift rotations will apply. Night shifts are conducted in our 24/7 clinical facility with full medical and security staff present at all times.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend Urgent Calls: Handle a high volume of inquiries from patients and doctors.
• Convince & Book: Explain our services and ensure the patient books a home visit.
• Pressure Management: Stay calm and professional during "rush hours" when multiple calls come in simultaneously.
• Coordination: Quickly assign medical teams to locations across Delhi.

Requirements:

• Fluent English & Hindi is a MUST.
• Mental Toughness: Ability to handle stressful situations and multi-task under pressure.
• Previous experience in BPO, Hospital Front Desk, or Emergency Services is a big plus.
