Job Title: Telecaller – Banking ProcessJob Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers for a Banking Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about banking products and services.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database
• Explain banking products such as loans, credit cards, or account services
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain call records and update customer details accurately in the system
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into applications/sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards
