Telecaller

Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with customers, explain our Ayurvedic products, and assist them with inquiries and orders. The role involves educating customers about natural and herbal solutions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities : Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products
• Explain product benefits, usage, and general Ayurvedic concepts in simple language
• Understand customer health concerns and suggest appropriate company products (non-medical advice only)
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback
• Maintain accurate customer records and call reports
• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections politely
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order processing
