Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding admissions, courses, and educational opportunities.
• Explain services offered by WORLDWISSE Education and guide students on admission processes.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
• Schedule counseling sessions with senior counselors and ensure proper coordination.
• Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and provide detailed information professionally.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Build a strong rapport with students to increase interest and trust.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the team regarding lead quality and student requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, clear, and polite telephonic etiquette.
• Ability to convince and build trust with students and parents.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, student counseling, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
