Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in the

BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in promoting and handling

loan products such as personal loans, business loans, or home loans. The role requires

strong communication skills, lead conversion ability, and a focus on customer relationship

management.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers to promote loan products and financial services.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers clearly.

• Follow up on leads, address customer queries, and convert them into successful

closures.

• Maintain accurate customer data and call records.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Ensure a professional, customer-focused, and ethical approach at all times.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience in the BFSI industry.

• Experience in handling loan products (personal, business, home, or vehicle loans).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward sales targets.
