Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries for skin & hair treatments.
- Explain clinic services, treatments, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Convert leads into walk-ins and appointments to increase clinic footfall.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle basic objections.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telesales/telecalling (healthcare or beauty industry preferred).
- Ability to handle high call volumes and close leads.
- Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
