Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Counseling (Outbound Calling): Provide personalized guidance to students on various education loan options through outbound calls.
- Loan Application Assistance: Support students in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documents are submitted on time.
- Financial Literacy Education: Educate borrowers on debt management, interest rates, repayment options, and the importance of maintaining a good credit score.
- Budgeting Guidance: Assist students in creating effective budgets to manage education-related expenses and future loan repayments.
- Resources & Referrals: Connect students with relevant resources such as financial aid offices, credit counselors, and financial planning services when needed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on education loan policies and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and ensure compliance.
- Follow-Up Support: Provide end-to-end support throughout the loan lifecycle, including follow-ups on key deadlines and repayment start dates.
