Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote offerings and answer questions.
• Sales & Closing: Converting leads, making sales pitches, negotiating deals, and upselling services.
• Lead Management: Generating new leads and passing qualified ones to other sales teams.
• Customer Service: Addressing queries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information.
• Reporting: Creating sales reports and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
