Job Responsibilities:

·        Handle inbound customer calls professionally

·        Provide product/service information

·        Resolve basic customer queries

·        Maintain call records and update CRM

·        Follow company communication guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Minimum 10 th pass 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

·        Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

·        Basic computer knowledge

·        Positive attitude and customer-handling skills

Salary Structure:

·        Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month

·        Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
