Telesales – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products or services, and achieving calling targets while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls

Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

Follow up with potential customers and leads

Maintain accurate call records and customer data

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Coordinate with seniors and team members

Eligibility & Skills

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Basic computer knowledge

Fresher’s & experienced candidates both can apply

Positive attitude and convincing skills

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Location: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Best in Industry)
